This ticket will serve as your team's registration confirmation, ANY remaining balance will be due PRIOR TO FIRST GAME. NO REFUNDS FOR BRACKET DEPOSIT. Please bring this with you to register your team and finalize your roster prior to your first game. As a reminder, no "team jumping" and/or adding players following the BEGINNING of the FIRST game. Liability waivers must be signed at the facility and are REQUIRED by ALL players prior to FIRST game.
